Our Pol CGA-510 forge stands out as a portable and powerful tool, perfect for blacksmiths, farriers, and knife makers. Crafted from 16-gauge (1.5mm) steel, it’s lightweight and easy to relocate while maintaining high-quality standards.

Powerful DFP Burners (240,000 BTU)
Equipped with powerful DFP burners, this forge offers welding temperatures reaching 2700°F (1482°C). The superior design ensures efficiency and heat control, making it ideal for heating and bending most metals with ease.

QUICK & EFFECTIVE BURN
- Versatile Burner Usage
The forge features 3 burners with adjustable centers, allowing you to use 1, 2, or 3 burners depending on your specific needs.
- Efficient Nozzle Design
The nozzle enhances burner efficiency and has a longer lifespan, operating at a pressure range of 1 - 25 PSI.
- Air Choke Valve
Located on the top of each burner, this valve regulates the amount of air mixed with propane during combustion, ensuring optimal performance.
- GAS PRESSURE REGULATOR
The gas pressure regulator comes with a Mpa monometer, offering a pressure range of 0-0.6Mpa (0.1MPa - 1Bar - 14.5PSI), ensuring precise control and stability.

INSULATOR & CONDUCTOR
- High-Density Ceramic Fiber Blanket
The interior is insulated with a 1-inch thick blanket, providing outstanding heat insulation and flexibility. This ensures the forge can maintain temperature for several hours, reducing fuel consumption.
- Enhanced Insulation with Blanket Doors
The forge comes with two additional blanket doors, further enhancing insulation to maintain the desired temperature over a longer period.
- Firebrick Durability and Strength
The firebrick offers superior strength, durability, and resistance to high-velocity firing.

USE INSTRUCTION
1. Assemble all forge parts.
2. Connect the forge to a standard propane tank.
3. Insert firebrick into the forge.
4. Light a combustible and place it inside the forge.
5. Open all gas inlet valves.
6. Adjust gas pressure to control the firepower.
Important Note: A burner with an air choke valve is essential to reach maximum temperatures. Without it, you cannot achieve optimal airflow, which is critical at different pressures.
